Service visits

The starter checklist covers the pump running and switching, float switches, the high-level alarm, the impeller and inlet, the tank or chamber level and whether it needs emptying, and the electrical connections and control panel.

No signal out there

Plenty of these sites are in the middle of nowhere. The service record and its photos are kept on the phone and sent next time you open the app with signal. The app shows you anything still waiting to send.

Label the panel

Put a JobNote QR label on the control panel. If the alarm goes off and the owner scans it, they get your number and can report the fault.
