Software for fire and security engineers
Fire alarms, emergency lighting and intruder alarms on a schedule, with a record for every visit.
- No card needed
- No setup fee
- No contract

Checklists for each system
- Fire alarm: panel normal with nothing left disabled, standby battery voltage, detectors and call points tested this visit, sounders and beacons, links to other systems, the log book and false alarms since the last visit.
- Emergency lighting: fittings tested, all lit on test, full-duration test, exit signs and the log book.
- Intruder alarm: panel and power supply, standby battery voltage, walk test, sounders and strobe, tamper circuits, signalling to the receiving centre and the log book.
These are starting points. Change them to match how your firm services each system.
Quarterly and annual visits
Set the service interval for each system and JobNote shows what's due, by customer and site. Tick a few items and book them as one job for one visit.
Certificates
A JobNote service record is not a BS 5839 certificate, and it says so. Do your certificates as you do now and attach the PDF to the system in JobNote, so the customer has it next to the records. Built-in certificates are on the roadmap.
Everything else
Customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, a price list, team logins and a customer portal. See everything JobNote does.
