Free during the beta
Every firm that joins during our six-month beta gets everything that's built, free. These are the prices once the beta ends.

Office logins are free, as many as you need. Two people on the phone app are included in every plan, and each extra app user is £5 a month. An owner who runs the office and goes out on jobs counts once. Customer portal logins are free.
Prices don't include VAT.
Questions
- Is it really free during the beta?
- Yes. There's no card to give when you sign up, so there's nothing we could charge.
- What happens when the beta ends?
- We'll email you before paid plans start with the date and the price. You choose a plan then.
- Is there a setup fee or a contract?
- No setup fee and no contract. You set JobNote up yourself, and a "Getting started" list walks you through it.
- Is there a minimum number of users?
- No. A one-person firm pays for one firm.
- Do office staff cost extra?
- No. Office logins are free. You only pay for extra people using the phone app, after the first two.
- Can I get my data out?
- Yes. Customers, price list and equipment can be downloaded as spreadsheets at any time.
- Does the phone app cost extra?
- No. It's included in every plan and works on iPhone and Android.
